The following shall be and are hereby declared to be the fire limits of the city:

       All that portion including the west half of Block 4; the west half of Block 5; the west portion of Block 6 lying north of the right of way of the Missouri Pacific Railway; the east half of Block 7 lying north of the Missouri Pacific right of way; the east half of Block 8; and the east half of Block 9, Original Town, now City of Whitewater; all that property lying between the alleys on either side of Main Street and between the right of way of the Missouri Pacific Railway and Central Street.
