There is hereby incorporated by reference the Uniform Public Offense Code for Kansas Cities (41st Edition), revised, prepared and published by the League of Kansas Municipalities in 2025 (the “UPOC”), save and except such articles, section, parts or portions as are hereinafter omitted, deleted, modified, or changed. No fewer than one (1) copy of said uniform code shall be marked or stamped “Official Copy as adopted by the Code of the City of Hesston, Ordinance No. 020-2025-188,” with all sections or portions thereof intended to be omitted or changed clearly marked to show any such omission or change shall be filed in the City Clerk’s office and open for public inspection at all reasonable office hours..
