A CHARTER ORDINANCE repealing Charter Ordinance No. 17, concerning the tax rate of levy for library purposes, and providing that the tax rate of levy for library purposes shall henceforth be determined by ordinance.

BE IT ORDAINED by the governing body of the City of Concordia, Kansas:

SECTION 1: The City of Concordia, Kansas, by the power vested in said city by Article 12, Section 5, of the Constitution of the State of Kansas, hereby repeals Charter Ordinance No. 17 of the City of Concordia.

SECTION 2: The tax rate of levy for library purposes shall henceforth be determined by ordinance.
