The 2012 International Residential Code for one and two-family dwellings is hereby adopted for use for all standards and specifications dealing with new construction, renovation or remodeling within the City of Chase. At least one copy of said code shall be marked “Official Copy as adopted by Ordinance No. 422” to which shall be attached a copy of said ordinance or this code section, and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
