It shall be unlawful for any child under the age of 18 years to wander, lounge, loaf, loiter, congregate in groups, or play in, about, or upon any public street accessible to the general public for public use, whether on foot or in a vehicle or by any other means of conveyance, after the hour of 11:00 p.m. and before the hour of 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday of each week, and after the hour of 12:01 a.m. and before the hour of 6:00 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, unless the child, or children are accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or other adult person exercising legal custody of such child or children.

It shall be unlawful for any parent, legal guardian, or other person lawfully entitled to the care, custody and control of any child under the age of 18 years to suffer, permit, or allow such child to be in violation of the provisions of section 11-201.

Any child, parent, legal guardian, or other person lawfully entitled to the care, custody and control of any child under the age of 18 years violating any of the provisions of this article shall upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not less than $10 nor more than $100, or by imprisonment not exceeding three months, imposed for such fine and imprisonment.
